1. Grab the kettlebell with both hands, making sure your palms are facing your body. Hold the kettlebell in front of your legs, hang your arms down and pull your shoulders back. Stand up straight with your feet a shoulder width apart and your body help upright.
2. Bend your legs and bend your waist forward while lowering the kettlebell down to the ground. Make sure you keep your back and arms straight at all times.
3. Straighten your legs and waist, while lifting the kettlebell off the ground and back up to the starting position. Squeeze your core and glutes as you do this.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for 4-8 reps if you want to mainly focus on developing larger and stronger muscles or 12-16 reps if you want to primarily focus on improving your coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
