Kettlebell Russian Twist
The kettlebell Russian twist is an amazing exercise for your abs and obliques. Here’s how to perform the kettlebell Russian twist:
Sit on the ground with your feet slightly raised, your knees slightly bent and your body in a v-position. Hold the kettlebell in-front of your chest with your arms bent and your hands wrapped around the bottom of the handle.
Step 1 Hold your body in this position, then twist your arms to the left and lower the kettlebell down to the left hand side of your body.
Step 2 Keep holding your body in this position and twist your arms to the right. As you do this, lower the kettlebell down to the right hand side of your body.
Step 3 Repeat steps 2-3 for 4-8 reps if you want to develop larger and stronger muscles, or 12-16 reps if you want to focus on improving your coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
